Marquette

Chef Marquette Daniels is a seasoned chef with over 22 years in the culinary field.  He has experience in various cuisines with a concentration in international cuisine, baking, and pastry.  Chef Daniels is now on a mission to pursue entrepreneurship.  His work experience includes:

  • Nikolia's Roof, Southern Elements, and continental chef Trader Vic's both inside Atlanta Hilton tower

  • Georgia Dome suite chef for 120+ suites

  • Restaurant Chef at Sonesta Hotel in Gwinnett (KAETS) – placed 1st place in 2014 Taste of Suwanee

  • Sous chef at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Atlanta Centennial Park
